I managed to get outside for an hour before the rain and wind started to drive me nuts... I was able to finish off my 2 hour session on the trainer. Results for the trainer time on the left.
I've always liked trainer time better...

Workout description: 2 hours easy on hilly terrain (zones 1 and 2) For the hilly sections, I set the Flow at 9 and stayed seated using easier gears and keeping the cadence at 70-75. Avg cadence for trainer time 89.
