Saturday (1.12.08)

Saturday's ride was inside... still hanging on to the cold and congestion. Still, I needed to do some intervals. After a 20 minute warmup and some intensive spinning it went like this. 3 min interval, 3 minutes rest. The first minute was spent building up to the desired pain level and the last 2 minutes were spent maintaining the proper pain until the 2 minutes was up. 3 minutes of rest in between was done while spinning low gears.
