Howdy exercise enthusiasts that happens to include riding a bike! Ol' Curly took yesterday off to look after LC2 and LC1... I think I prefer work... there's no shame in admitting that looking after kids is hard... Me likey day care... kids tired when they come home.
Ol' Curly is in the final stages of gathering stuff for this Sunday's race... I got my officials assignment yesterday thankfully... It seems that every time I put on a race that's the thing that stresses me out...
Alright... Ol' Curly is going to admit it here that it's been 4 weeks almost since touching a bike... Friday will be his first day back on the steed... A nice little jaunt around Mercer Island at lunch. Now, I know what yer sayin'... "Oh Curly... won't yer boss get mad and stuff for taking a 90-minute lunch"... Maybe... It'll make a great conversation starter though...

I still want to know why OAD complained about the Chorus components in your banner yesterday. Has he looked at Mrs. OAD's bike lately? Chorus parts are OK for her, but not for your banner? Good luck with the race; that's a big chore to dodge looking after kids for a day, don't ya think? I'll find something to sacrifice to the weather gods on your behalf.
OAD practices true Campy snobbery... He must not have gotten the memo that all of that stuff is essentially the same except for the price.
