Team Building

Howdy and good morning Curly readers! Monday's post is coming to you early for good reason. Ol' Curly has to go to a mandatory "team building" offsite all day Monday... he has to be there at 7am for a mandatory breakfast, then all day for "honest dialogue" and some team building "activities", then we're going to see who is committed to something called a "vision" that's been around for year now but not really communicated, defined or explained... then mandatory "drinks" to help us bond... I suggested we do the last one first to help the process but it fell on deaf ears... Sorry family... it's mandatory.
