Martaint does it again

Howdy bike racers! That was one helluva PR race last night! Ol' Curly managed to hang in there which is a good sign. There were 3 bell laps in a row... by the time Ol' Curly recovered from the first one, the 2nd one rang... then it was the final lap... needless to say being in about 30th position in the strung out group, sprinting for 30th seems like such a dumbass thing to do... like risking life and limb for a ClifBar. Hats off to everyone who chopped Curly's ass in corner 3... much appreciated... That had to be the choppiest chop suey circuit race I've been in for a long time. There was more sketchin' than a composite drawing room after a bank robbery. Some serious herkin' and jerkin'. Why I ain;t seen jerkin' like that since Rush Limbaugh decided to make an ass outta himself by immitating a man with Parkinson's. Why I've seen 3-year olds hold better lines before. Still, it was a good training ride. Avg 178 bpm and a max of 194 for the final lap. Avg speed around 24.5...

Now onto Martaint. Either Ol' Curly better start a palm readin' business or Intern Martaint has been following the workouts... or both. You are the champion of the small fishbowl Martaint. A warm Curly thumbs up to your sprinting abilities.

Before heading off to PR, Curly did manage to go home early yesterday and cook his ribs,... have a little salad and a beer. Thanks to Mrs. Curly for being so kind as to let Curly test his legs last night.

Martaint... I'm making you something nice today... I'll post it tomorrow.

Your Trainin': Go for a ride today... I'm goin' to take a nap.

I liked the elbow you gave one guy who got too close to you...reminded me of the old Roller Derby.

The fishbowl had Nikolz, Tubbs, Richter, and Russell in it last night. Any time I can outkick that crew I'll take it! (don't ask Richter if he sprinted - I'll feel better not knowing).

Problem was...is that I was leading out the train. Oh well.

I asked Richter... he stated that he and the entire pack agreed that since you have a kid, a wife, a mortgage, bills, 2 cars (one in need of repair), retirement accts, plans for a lakeside cabin, 12 bikes, a dog, plans to retire at 65 and a new job... that they'd let you win.
