Monday... again

Willkommen!... It's Monday once again. We had a pretty decent weekend for riding. It was a nice break from the trainer. The season is only a couple of months away at this point (not including "PRE- season stuff like the TT's, Mason etc...)

Let's shift focus to something that happened on the track this weekend. There is much to celebrate from the World Cups events.

1. Sarah Hammer of course laying down the HAMMER.
2. That lady in 2nd place from the USA
3. The boldness that was Team Slipstream for unveiling what can only be described as "ballsy" kits.

Argyle?? Black Socks?? Those are slap to the face of all that is traditional in cycling. Why not throw some pink bar tape on those bikes? Seriously though... those socks make me smile.
ION (in other news)... Local finish-line saluter, Kenny Williams is officially in USA Cycling's talent pool for endurance events. Congratulations on that. Pretty cool for him... I just hope this doesn't prevent him from making it to the Master's State Crit Champs in Des Moines this year.
See you tomorrow... you know what day it is...
