Now Ol' Curly saw this report and had to post something about it. Not that I'm not a Tom Peterson fan, it's just that I didn't view the race recap that other PRO 1/2's in the same context.
Pez Crappy Canado-centric News Eh?
Peterson A Good Bet?Team Slipstream starts the Tour of Georgia today with young Tom Peterson as Plan A for the win. Peterson rode a great Tour of California, and sounds like he's on blazing form at the moment.Maybe it's because he won a race in Washington by 10 minutes...solo, or maybe it's because Jonathan Vaughters just reported that Peterson is rolling about 400 watts for 30 minutes. Some quick math shows that at 62.5 kg, Peterson is hitting 6.4 w/kg. It's a pretty fair assumption to think that Peterson can climb at the very LEAST very closely to the leaders... Slipstream should definitely be a solid presence this week in Georgia - so watch out for em.
first off... awe crap... I can't even go there today.
