Well... you asked for it, you got it... your very own Curly Kit for 2007. I guess ShaverSport and Baleno are no longer in business so Curly decided to go with the next best thing... Santini. I hope you like it. It's all PRO! One thing to note is that the shorts and jersey come with a special "sprinters" gusset in the mid section for that special rider who hates to climb or do any riding with a grade. Gloves and hats on the way. Eat it PEZ...! Ours are better. If you're gonna make up a kit make sure it appeals to the FREDS out there and put some sponsors on it.
On to business...
Crazy as Shee-at ideas:
A bike race on the streets of Venice, Italy
A bike race on the streets of Vernazza, Italy
A sports promotion company called "Just One Thing Sports" that only does bike races
A cell phone shaped like a handlebar plug... wireless earpiece... bike computer dialing
A clear plastic aero helmet that covers your face as well
A Bell Sweep helmet with a cell phone built in... voice recognition
An online registration that doesn't rake you over the coals
Regular road bike wheels that make the same sound as a disc wheel
An air horn that sounds like a blown tire, so you can distract folks while you attack
Alright... Curly is back tomorrow... I can tell you that he's mad about something very important.

I hear that the FRM boys DO wave and that your team rides are just sooooo big that they can't do a parade wave for the whole time it takes you guys to pass.
but what about the Curly kits? If people wore those and rode in groups of 7-10 would they wave? More importantly... if a tree rides by and nobody waves... does the tree really exist?
Ask Ryan Trebon, aka "Treefarm."
Hey Coach, you won't believe this, but we have that banner from the 1985 worlds at home! OAD, BTW, will be going back in time tomorrow, riding his fave old routes with a racing buddy from 20? years ago....on roads where "around the block" means a two-hour loop...on roads from the Tour's visit to Ireland...on roads where sheep are still more numerous than cars....
hey Curly, can you tell me who won the Pro RR at that World's pennant on your pic of the day??
I have the same one at home, as I was there ;-)
Sorry about the non waving guys, latte's would be better than hot chcoclate.
Going for some rides in the old country on weds and fri.
Oops, I should read the previous post before I post, blame the jet lag!
And I will leave the sheep alone!
Joop! Joop! Joop Zoetemelk
Lemond 2nd and Argentin 3rd... Argentin then took the gold in 86... OAD, I subscribed to Winning Mag... I think we should just agree to be evenly matched at cycling trivia and move onto the hot dog eating contest.
You sure! I can eat too.
Not that I know, but who won the Amateur race? I know who was 5th, though, Paul Kimmage
please... Lech Piasecki fella... no I would really be impressed if you could show me a picture of John Sheehan winning a sprint against Sean Kelly.
