How'd you like yesterday? That Coach Curly... what a card huh? He just calls it like it is I guess. Speaking of Curly, my sister sent me the first samples of the Coach Curly series T-shirts. Of course I did the creative work, but she and her husband took the design the rest of the way. I gotta admit they look pretty sweet and will look even better on the race promoter's back at Des Moines. We're working on the final designs for a Des Moines shirt as well. I'll most likely do a pre-order for those with a few to sell the day of.Also in the works (and only one other person knows specifics... and he'd better keep quiet)... A cookbook fundraiser. I'm at about 35% completion of the recipes and working on cover art and such. Not sure which charity the funds will go to as of yet so stay tuned.
In other news... I've decided not to try and pull off a "retro" category for the Frostbite TT. It needs to be done correctly, and marketed appropriately and there's just no time. We will run tandems at the end and places have been held for those riders identified to double up if they wish. Prizes for Des Moines will be memorable I promise... as I received good feedback on the sprints trophies.
Picture Spray: What in the hell is up with the above picture? First, Zabel gets to be Peta's leadout bee-yatch... then he poses for some of the worst male cycling porn I've ever seen. I have to say that I didn't picture Peta being a "bottom"... go figure.

Jeff Nachtigal started the cycling cookbook thing ages ago. Might ask him where it ended up? And thx for letting some of us race twice at Frostbite.
yeah... I'm thinking if it's just 1 or 2 tandems... is 10 bucks per bike reasonable?
My cookbook is different, I assure you. It's got the feel of this blog... cleaned up of course. It's also marketable outside of the NW.
