Alright folks... The results are in... 47% got it right. Nice work. The answer is in fact The Netherlands. Yes, I was surprised as well to see that Sweden had a winner... Gösta Petterson won the 1971 edition. Ireland had Stephen Roche, US ~ Andy Hampsten. Yeah, real nice work. OK, next week we're back to regular Name That PRO and it promises to be entertaining.

A personal story...
Yesterday, I opened every cupboard door and drawer just a little bit (but a different intervals) just to see what would happen. I came home... they were all closed tightly. I think our ghost has left... or she got the point how annoying 3 or 4 doors being left ajar is...
The peanut butter lid was on tight as well... see you Monday.

If everything on your Crazy Shee-at list is as fun as tandem crits, well then, I highly recommend them all. But riders in your team kit seem generally unable to wave unless they are in groups of 25+.
ouch... it was a general "crazy" idea. Now if we want an example... last Sunday another UBC teamie and I crossed paths with a large group of Bernie's riders and not one did so much as a "headflick" hello. OR on my daily rides to Sewer Park, only the FREDS wave... shit, maybe I'm a FRED!
We're all FREDS! And never forget it.
Just for jollies sometime, ride in a plain jersey and see if you get more or fewer nods than when you ride in your team kit. My experience has been that freds will nod but you are invisible to racers if you wear "plainclothes." My FRM jersey gets fewer nods than my JCV jersey, and people just think I'm a poser when I wear the stars and stripes and ignore me!
ooops... sorry I didn't wave, I thought you were a poser. I was the dude in the Systeme U kit.
